The final weekend of February marked an exciting milestone as leaders from across the organization came together for the 2026 Miller Electric Leadership Summit. It was an incredible few days filled with learning, connection, and the theme of Extreme Ownership brought to life. From thought‑provoking discussions to meaningful collaboration, the summit showcased what’s possible when leaders align around growth and accountability.

We kicked off the summit with an energizing keynote from Leif Babin, co‑author of Extreme Ownership. His insights set the tone for the event, challenging our leaders to take ownership at every level and lead with purpose. Following the keynote, attendees participated in a series of breakout sessions packed with practical lessons and actionable ideas designed to help us grow individually and collectively as leaders.

Of course, learning wasn’t the only focus. The summit also made room for connection and fun, including a little friendly competition as teams took the field at VyStar Ballpark for a memorable baseball showdown. The mix of teamwork and camaraderie reinforced the importance of strong relationships and collaboration—both on and off the job.

We wrapped up the summit with powerful panel discussions centered on ownership, collaboration, and relationship‑building. These conversations left attendees inspired and ready to put these principles into practice across the company, strengthening our culture and leadership foundation moving forward.

A huge thank‑you goes out to our sponsor vendor partners for their support, as well as every leader, speaker, attendee, and behind‑the‑scenes rockstar who helped make the 2026 Leadership Summit a success. We’re excited to carry the momentum forward and continue.
