Designed to serve as the team’s new business headquarters, the state‑of‑the‑art facility reflects the Jaguars’ commitment to innovation, collaboration, and long‑term investment in the city’s growth and revitalization.

Miller was proud to play a role in bringing this vision to life through the build‑out of several key spaces within the building. Our team completed the full electrical and low‑voltage scope for the first‑floor fitness center, as well as the tenant improvement spaces on floors two, three, and four. These spaces were designed to support a modern, dynamic work environment while meeting the technical demands of a professional sports organization.

Our scope of work included branch power installation, light fixtures, and advanced lighting controls to ensure efficiency, comfort, and flexibility throughout the space. We also completed tenant metering, data infrastructure, audiovisual systems, access control, and fire alarm systems—delivering a fully integrated solution that supports both day‑to‑day operations and future growth.
