Jacksonville’s Riverfront is about to gain a remarkable new destination. Planned for an early 2026 opening, the Riverfront Music Garden promises to be a stunning blend of art, nature, and musical history, creating a dynamic public space behind the Jacksonville Center for the Performing Arts. 

At Miller Electric, we are honored to be a part of this transformative project. While the final product will be a beautiful riverfront complex—complete with musically-themed stations, unique design elements like a large treble clef, and interactive seating areas—the true success story unfolding behind the scenes is one of deep, committed collaboration.

Their dedication to enriching Downtown Jacksonville’s cultural landscape laid the foundation for us to build upon.

By working closely with the DIA and City planners, Miller Electric is ensuring that the technical implementation matches the creative vision—blending functional infrastructure with the park’s aesthetic, musically-inspired design.

• Infrastructure: Our team laid the foundational electrical backbone, handling major site work, power distribution, and underground utilities essential for a modern public space designed for large crowds. 
• Audio/Visual (A/V): Critical to the park’s theme, our A/V division is designing and installing the immersive sound systems for the musically-notated stations and gathering areas, ensuring a high-quality acoustic experience.
• Engineering: This division provides crucial oversight and detailed planning, translating design concepts into construction reality. They manage precise electrical and structural specifications to ensure every installation meets safety standards while realizing the park’s unique features.

From laying the groundwork and powering the site to delivering the high-tech sonic elements, these three teams at Miller Electric are operating as a single unit, proving that a multidisciplinary approach is the most efficient path to executing sophisticated projects.
