Rochelle Price will be promoted to Vice President of Shared Services. In this new position, Rochelle will continue her leadership of financial operations and administration as well as take on additional functional areas such as Fleet Management. She will work closely with all business units to bring consistency to our administrative and operational processes. Rochelle has been with the company since February of 2016, having served the company as Director of Service Operations and Sr. Director of Finance and Administration. Prior to joining the company, Rochelle was a client as COO of Colo5 and Director of Customer Care at Cologix. She holds a Bachelors of Arts and Master of Business Administration from Valdosta State and a Doctorate of Business Administration from Jacksonville University.
David Stallings will move into the new position of Vice President and Digital Strategy Officer. In this position, David will be responsible for developing a comprehensive strategy across the technology landscape. He will work with the entire leadership team to prioritize, create, and implement an action plan for digital transformation. David joined the company as an Assistant Project Manager in 1987, and continued his growth as Project Manager and Senior Project Manager. David is an RCDD, has an AA in Computer Science from USF, and a BA in Management from University of Phoenix. Since becoming Vice President in 2012, David has transitioned the Integrated Systems team from a reactive service provider to a proactive technology solutions provider. His leadership of the SiteSecure acquisition in 2014 has proved transformative for the entire company. This new role will bring David’s innovative thinking to the entire company and I’m excited to work with him to create a culture of innovation and digital leadership that embraces curiosity, experimentation, agility, and collaboration.
Kevin Flanigan will be promoted to Vice President of Network Services. In this role, Kevin will have responsibility for leadership and development of the market for physical network services including copper, fiber, and wireless solutions. Kevin attended Stetson University and joined the company in 2000 following his early career in championship management for the PGA Tour. Kevin has spent his entire time with the company in the Integrated Systems group with continuous growth from Asst. Project Manager to Project Manager to Sr. Project Manager and currently Director of Integrated Systems.
Andy Bowman will be promoted to Vice President of Integrated Solutions. Andy joined the company in 2014 with our acquisition of SiteSecure. Prior to founding SiteSecure, Andy worked as a Project Manager for Wharton-Smith Construction Group and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron. In his new role, Andy will have responsibility for leading the team to develop and implement technology solutions for our clients, including IP-based Security, A/V Solutions, and Building Management Systems. Most recently Andy has served the company as Director of Security Solutions.
Craig Bowman will be promoted from his current role of Sr. Project Manager to Director of Security Solutions. Craig joined the company in 2014 with our acquisition of SiteSecure. Prior to joining SiteSecure, Andy worked as a Project Manager for Wharton-Smith Construction Group and holds a BS in Civil Engineering from The University of Akron. In his new role, Craig will have responsibility for leading the Security Solutions team across the company.
Kevin Hebert will be promoted to Sr. Vice President of Mission Critical Facilities and the Mid-Atlantic Region. In this newly expanded role, Kevin will have responsibility for leading our growth in the market for enterprise scale data centers in addition to his current responsibilities for the Mid-Atlantic Region. Kevin began his career with Miller Electric in 1994 and is a 1999 graduate of the Jacksonville Academy of Electrical Technology. Kevin moved into the role of Asst. Project Manager in 2001 with a focus on critical facilities and corporate services. He moved to Charlotte in June of 2010 to take over responsibility for the Charlotte Branch Office. Since becoming Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Region in 2012, Kevin has positioned the company as a major player in the region, including Charlotte, Raleigh, and Richmond. He is an active member of the Atlantic Coast Chapter of NECA and 7×24, and is a Master Electrician with Electrical Contracting Licenses in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia.
James MacDonald will be promoted to Sr. Vice President of Service and Branch Operations. In addition to his continued leadership over our Jax Service Group, Disaster Recovery Team, and Southeast Regional Offices, he will have responsibility for bringing consistent processes to our services and branch operations across all locations and business units. James joined the company as an apprentice in 1988, is a graduate of the Jacksonville Academy of Electrical Technology, and is a Master Electrician holding an Electrical Contractor license in the State of Florida. He is an active member of NECA and currently serves as Governor of the Central Florida chapter. Following career growth from Asst. Project Manager to Project Manager to Sr. Project Manager, James was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Under James’ leadership, the company has become the recognized leader for disaster recovery and power restoration for major corporate clients across the country, and his team has delivered consistent revenue and margin growth in our Florida and Georgia branch offices.
Brian Seay will be promoted to Sr. Vice President of Healthcare and Construction Operations. In this newly expanded role, Brian will continue to lead the Healthcare Group, and have responsibility for bringing consistent construction processes and continuous improvement across all locations and business units. Following his service in the Army, Brian has worked in the electrical industry since 1990 and is a 1996 graduate of the Jacksonville Academy of Electrical Technology. Brian is a LEED Accredited Professional, an active member of AHCA, and a Master Electrician with Electrical Contractor Licenses in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama. He joined Miller Electric in 2002 as an Asst. Project Manager in our Healthcare group, then worked his way up to Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager. Since becoming Vice President of Healthcare in 2013, Brian has expanded the reach of the group beyond Jacksonville to establish Miller Electric as the leading Electrical Contractor for Healthcare in Florida. Brian has also formed a continuous improvement group to develop and share consistent and innovative construction processes throughout his group. In his new role, Brian will bring the continuous improvement for construction processes across the company.
Donnie Smith will be promoted to Sr. Vice President of Strategic Accounts. In this role, Donnie will have responsibility to lead his team in serving national corporate accounts across several branch offices, as well as building and maintaining relationships with strategic accounts across all business units and locations. Donnie joined the company in 1989 and is a 1997 graduate of the Jacksonville Academy of Electrical Technology. He is a Master Electrician and Licensed Electrical Contractor in Florida, Arkansas, and Alabama. Donnie is an active member of 7×24 and a Trustee of the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. After moving into the office in 2005 as an Asst. Project Manager with responsibility for the Alltel account, Donnie moved up as Project Manager and Sr. Project Manager, and grew his responsibility to include the branch office in Little Rock. Since becoming Vice President, Donnie has continued to grow his client base as well as new locations with existing clients in Milwaukee, Phoenix, Nashville and Dallas. Donnie’s technical competency, understanding of the unique needs of each client, and the ability to build lasting relationships built on a foundation of trust are strengths that will help the entire company continue to succeed.
