How many years have you been working in this industry? My 26 years of industry experience started in Toronto, Ontario (10 years in Canada and 16 years in the United States), working as a Systems Integrator and Life Safety Systems provider.
What’s your favorite aspect of working in this industry? Working in the Systems Integration Industry provides a plethora of opportunities to create unique solutions for each customer. It has been my pleasure serving many customers over the years. What continues to drive my passion is “no two days have been the same” throughout my professional career. It has allowed me to grow personally, professionally, and make friends along the way. In my current role, I have the opportunity to be strategically innovative and facilitate our growth.
What are your responsibilities as Director of Operations for Integrated Solutions? Talent development is one of the most rewarding and enjoyable parts of my job! I have the pleasure of establishing and improving scalable business processes to allow us to keep up with our amazing growth rate. A part of my role is to set up standards designed for enhanced customer experience, an optimized team structure, and replicable success. We have a great team and we enjoy growing together!
