HCA is committed to delivering healthcare as it should be: patient-centered and for the good of all people no matter their circumstance. We recently had the opportunity to help HCA fulfill a piece of that mission with the completion of the West Florida Hospital Pediatric and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) renovation project in Pensacola, Florida.
The project was completed in two phases. The first phase focused on adding a new 6-bed PICU to the existing fifth floor and the second phase included a remodel of the pediatric unit patient wing. Focusing on the electrical scope of the project, we were responsible for the addition of new patient beds, two nurses stations, fire alarm, new electrical services, and rooftop mechanical equipment.

Over the past twenty years, Nemours has specialized in pediatric care for Northwest Florida and South Alabama children, newborns to age 18, with common and complex conditions.
